D&B DAVID SI BAIAS has six competition-focused professionals and several litigators who specialise in antitrust matters. The firm, which is a member of a regional cluster of firms connected to PwC, spearheads the network’s Central and Eastern European competition offering under the leadership of partner Sorin David. He and managing associate Lucian Bozian recently assisted Dnata Catering, a leader in airport catering, in two investigations carried out by the RCC into the airport food and beverages market. The latest of these concerned an alleged vertical restraint agreement with Bucharest International Airport and was closed without sanctions for Dnata, pursuant to commitments.
