Anca is a Bachelor of Law of the University Nicolae Titulescu and has been a member of the Prahova Bar since 2008.

Before joining the D&B Energy and Natural Resources team, Anca held the position of Expert Legal Adviser in one of the largest oil and gas companies in Romania, where she coordinated the activity of refining and production of petroleum products, distribution petroleum products, energy production from renewable sources, energy trading, oil and gas, corporate governance, litigation within the company.

Anca provided legal advice in the field of oil and gas, in the current activity and in acquisition projects, transactions and local and international projects. Anca has coordinated large-scale projects, including but not limited to the analysis and change of the business model within the refinery, the implementation of international sanctions, merger projects regarding renewable energy, obtaining licenses. As a member of the Legal Department of a renowned company in the oil and gas sector in Romania, Anca was included in the GC Powerlist CEE Teams 2018.

Andra Vamvu is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, obtained from the same university. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2011 and is a trainer of initial professional training at the National Institute for the Training and Development of Lawyers (INPPA), teaching commercial law.

Andra is a lawyer specialized in legal consultancy in the banking sector. Prior to joining the Financial Services team at D&B David si Baias, Andra provided legal advice for 11 years to one of the most important financial institutions in the Romanian banking system, being involved in structuring and negotiation of a significant number of financial and banking transactions.

Andra also has extensive experience in civil law, corporate law and real estate law.

Andreea Roşu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2022 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since the same year.

Andreea joined the D&B litigation team in December 2022 and her area of expertise includes administrative and tax law.

Dan Fînaru is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. Dan has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016. He also holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the same faculty. Dan joined the Litigation department of D&B David si Baias as of June 2023. His areas of expertise cover intellectual property law, administrative and tax litigation, insolvency, civil, civil enforcement, commercial, contravention and criminal, being involved in a variety of litigation.

He also assisted and represented national and international clients active in all the fields related to his competence, both in commercial transactions and in disputes before all the national courts. His particular experience in the field of pre-litigation strategy and as well as assisting the clients before, during and after litigations, has enabled him to offer legal advice of the highest level. Moreover, he was involved in complex litigations characterized by a high level of technicality before all national courts, aiming to protect all legal rights of the clients assisted.

Iuliana is member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017, becoming part of our team since March 2020. Iuliana graduated the Faculty of Law of Bucharest University, later attending the Master of Tax Law courses at the same faculty.

From the beginning of her career, she was part of both corporate and litigation projects, later representing clients mainly in areas such as labor disputes, commercial, administrative and fiscal litigation, real estate and insolvency. Currently, Iuliana is specialized in tax and administrative litigation, as well as in customs law disputes.

Paul joined with the tax litigation team of D&B David şi Baias in March 2025, after a previous experience within a Bucharest law firm. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and holds a master’s degree in Tax Law from the same University.

Paul is also a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants. During his free time, Paul enjoys an array of activities such as hiking, outdoor activities as well as going to the concerts or the theatre.

Roxana–Elena Bodeanu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2021. In addition, she holds a law degree from Collège juridique Franco-Roumain d’études européennes. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since April 2022.

Roxana joined the Financial Services team of D&B David şi Baias in May 2022 and her area of expertise covers banking, consumer protection, personal data protection and commercial law.
