Sorin David leads the competition practice at D&B David and Baias, which includes one additional partner, Lucian Bozian, and five associates: Sonia Voinescu (Managing Associate), Andreea Toncu (Senior Associate), Gabriela Ifrim (Senior Associate), and Maria Iliescu (Associate).
The firm advised OMV Petrom on merger control matters related to the outsourcing of production services. It also provides ongoing competition law counsel to Lidl Romania, Zabka Group, and Angelini Pharmaceuticals.
