Junior Associates

Andrada Barbu graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest in 2024 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since September 2025.

Andrada joined the Litigation team at D&B David and Baias in November 2025, and her area of expertise includes civil law and tax law.

Maria Iliescu joined the Competition and State Aid team of D&B David şi Baias in October 2024. Maria graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.

Her areas of expertise include competition law, particularly anti-competitive practices, merger control, foreign direct investment / FDI screening, EU State aid, and non-EU foreign subsidies assessments / FSR, as well as commercial law.

Mihai Zamfir graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest in 2023 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2024.

Mihai joined the Tax Litigation team at D&B David şi Baias in August 2025, and his area of expertise primarily includes tax litigation and administrative litigation.
