    Ştefan Necula is Junior Associate Lawyer at D&B David and Baias, PwC Romania’s correspondent law firm. Ştefan graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2020 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2023.

    Ştefan joined the Competition and State Aid team of D&B David şi Baias in October 2024 and his areas of expertise include competition law (anti-competitive practices, merger control, foreign direct investment / FDI screening, EU State aid, and non-EU foreign subsidies assessments / FSR), commercial law and intellectual property.

    He has been involved in complex projects concerning FDI screening in Romania, merger control proceedings, commercial and discount policies review, as well as contracts review from the perspective of competition law compliance.
