Andreea Roşu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2022 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since the same year.

Andreea joined the D&B litigation team in December 2022 and her area of expertise includes administrative and tax law.

Andreea Tălpăşanu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2022, and holds a law degree from Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) where she is currently undergoing the Master 1 – European and International Business Law programme.

Andreea has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2022 and joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David si Baias in October 2022, specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.

Andrei graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2017 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2018. He is also a certified privacy professional (CIPP/E) and member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Andrei joined the Data Protection team of D&B David and Baias in January 2025. His areas of expertise include commercial law, data privacy and technology law.

Arleta Volintiru graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2019. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Judiciary Career within the same university. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020.

Arleta joined the D&B litigation team in March 2020 and her area of expertise includes civil, administrative and tax law.

Cornelia Burlacu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2020 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since October 2021.

Cornelia joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David si Baias in October 2021 and her expertise covers commercial and corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Cosmina Mieilă graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. She also holds a Master Degree in Business Law within the same university. Cosmina has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since November 2017.

Cosmina joined the Energy and Natural Resources Department of D&B starting April 2020. Her expertise covers commercial law, labour and personal data protection law.

Diana-Beatrice Bortăş graduated from the Faculty of Law at Babeş-Bolyai University in 2020. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since November 2021.

Diana joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David and Baias in November 2021, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.

Mihaela Panfilii graduated from the Faculty of Law, Côte d’Azur University in Nice, France, in 2019 and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the same university. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Procedural Law from Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest. Mihaela has been a Member of the Bucharest Bar since October 2023.

Nicoleta Potop graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2021 and she holds a master’s degree in Public procurement, concessions, public-private partnership from the same university. Nicoleta has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since September 2022.

Nicoleta joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David and Baias in September 2023 and her area of expertise includes corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.

Roxana–Elena Bodeanu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2021. In addition, she holds a law degree from Collège juridique Franco-Roumain d’études européennes. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since April 2022.

Roxana joined the Financial Services team of D&B David şi Baias in May 2022 and her area of expertise covers banking, consumer protection, personal data protection and commercial law.
