- Legal assistance to large retailers in connection with the interpretation and implementation of food regulations, particularly UTP Law no. 81/2022 (including redesign of the business model);
- Assistance to companies acting as leaders in the electronics, home electronics, IT & C and multimedia markets in Romania, in disputes concerning misleading and comparative advertising addressed to consumers;
- Assistance in connection with unfair trading practices in front of ANPC, in the context of investigations carried out by ANPC regarding the alleged unfair trading practices carried out by the clients in relation with its customers, as well as alleged abusive clauses enclosed in the terms and conditions of the contracts concluded with natural persons acting in capacity as consumers;
- Advice and assistance in connection investigations carried out by ANPC regarding unfair trading practices of large retailers;
