- D&B David si Baias provided legal advice to a well-known pharmaceutical company regarding the integration of the company’s staff from Romania as a result of a merger of the parent company within the group.
- D&B David si Baias provided legal assistance to a major Romanian company, active in the oil&gas field, by providing court representation with regards to the validity of the collective bargaining agreement concluded at company level. Also, D&B offered legal advice for the implementation of a transfer of employees from one subsidiary of the company to another, following a transfer of undertaking.

- D&B assisted a major life insurance company in Romania with the implementation of a complex project regarding the restructuring of the company’s personnel in two separate phases during 2009. The assistance consisted in drafting the necessary documentation for the implementation of the project and also subsequent assistance with this implementation stage (e.g. drafting Internal Regulations).
- D&B assisted a very well-known Romanian bank with a legal review of the documentation that underlies employment relationships and also with the procedure taken before the Romanian employment authorities in order to pursue the correct implementation of the Romanian legislation. Further to the legal review, we drew up recommendations and remedies for the implementation and correct development of the employment relationships.
