Bucharest, March 24, 2021 The Tax, Competition and Corporate / M & A practices of D&B David and Baias are again in top positions in the rankings made by the international guide Chambers and Partners Europe 2021, the company’s lawyers in these fields being recognized for their expertise and success in important and complex cases.
Sorin David is still ranked as the only Eminent Practitioner in competition law in Romania, with a rich experience in both competition investigations, economic concentrations, state aid, and mandates to ensure companies’ compliance with competition rules. Also, the guide places the competition practice of D&B David and Baias in Band 2 in the ranking of law firms in Romania. Lucian Bozian, Managing Associate, entered the attention of Chambers and Partners Europe in the Associate to Watch category this year, being recognized for the important experience gained by assisting and representing clients in Competition Council investigations.
